Mandarin flavored fish fillet

Perch, avocado and fennel, light and tasty dish flavored with olive oil EVO cultivar Coratina Mandarin.

Ingredients

x 4people

 

8 perch fillets of 50 grams each

1 ripe avocado

1 fennel

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

3 cloves

pink pepper

salt

1 tablespoon (20gr) of EVO oil flavored with Mandarin

Procedure

Steam the fish for 15 minutes, flavoring the water with cloves. Meanwhile, finely slice the fennel and avocado, wet the avocado with lemon juice to prevent it from blackening. Once the fish is cooked, place the fillets on a bed of slices of avocado and fennel, seasoning with a pinch of salt, pink pepper and a little olive oil flavored with mandarin.
