Pumpkin and feta cheese

Ingredients

500g of pumpkin

200g of feta cheese 

Extra virgin olive oil

salt

Bread crumbs

Seed mix

Procedure

Cut the pumpkin into cubes, place it on a baking tray with parchment paper, seasoned with 10g of salt and extra virgin olive oil to taste. Bake in a preheated convection oven for 25 minutes at 200°c. Take the tray out and add diced feta, breadcrumbs and seed mix. Reput into the oven for 10 minutes at 200°c, grill in the oven. Enjoy your meal!
