Spaghetti “garlic, oil and chili peppers”

When you have nothing at home but hunger is really bad, this dish is salvation!
A quick main dish, made with few ingredients but tasty and which enhances the flavor of our Novemilachometri extra virgin olive oil. Follow our recipe!

Ingredients

For two people: 

- Spaghetti 160 g
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 chilli
- 40 g "Novemilachilometri" extra virgin olive oil
- Parsley to taste

Procedure

Remove the internal seeds of the chili pepper and chop it finely with a knife together with the garlic, in the meantime start to cook the spaghetti in salted water. In a pan pour the oil, garlic and chili. Proceed to sauté over a low flame so as to avoid burning the ingredients. Drain the spaghetti "al dente" and stir them for a minute in the pan with the sauce. And finish the preparation in the pan, adding, when necessary, the cooking water set aside. Sauté the spaghetti by adding the chopped parsley to give an extra sprint to your main dish!
